This is a pretty simple idea. There is a vast amount of information, however. I have collected 197 videos in the past 3 years. Where have they gone?
So, I am paying automatically into this account, yet the site believes that I am a non-paying customer. What is going on?
I find this site difficult to use. Maybe if I got on it more than once per year I would learn how to redesign it like I want.
